Prior to starting his own consulting/training organization, he was president of two Fortune 500 companies Nashua Canada Inc. and Roneo Vickers Canada Inc. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Concordia University.

He is a highly-rated speaker for the American Management Association, the Canadian Management Centre and the Management Center Europe in Brussels and York University’s Schulich School of Business.
