Patricia has a sophisticated understanding of interpersonal communication theories and practices. Having worked as both a supervisor and manager/leader, she brings practical experience to her sessions.

Pat has over twenty years experience in a leadership capacity along with fifteen years of facilitation. These experiences include multi-cultural and unionized environments, government, education and private sector. Energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and structure are some of the attributes Pat brings to the learning process.

Pat has a M.A. in Adult Education (Central Michigan University) and a B.A. in Psychology (York University). Her formal education is complemented by her skills in the management and supervisory fields.

Pat steps beyond the traditional education concepts and challenges each individual to their potential. Her workshops are interactive, fun, and practical.
