
Helen Lomax has twenty-five years of
training experience in both the public and private
sectors. She continually demonstrates enthusiasm and
high energy to help organizations achieve the success
necessary in today’s environment. Her areas
of expertise encompass organizational change, team
building, customer service, career management, emotional
intelligence, and communication skills.
She has worked with clients in the petrochemical
industry, finance and service sector and three levels
of government. She has been responsible for helping
organizations meet their strategic plans and directions
using employee involvement programs, visioning techniques,
recognition, assessment tools and strong facilitation
skills.
Helen has spoken at conferences in both Canada and
the United States and has worked in the Bahamas. She
was on the part-time faculty of McMaster University
and has created workshops for both Sheridan and Lambton
Colleges. She has also appeared as a guest on the
TV show “Business Women, Financial Success.”
Helen truly believes in the potential within everyone
and she encourages people to reflect, to use their
talents and to take control of their life to create
the success they would like to attain.
