
Chris delivers motivating and skills-based
workshops utilizing the experiential learning model
that addresses the individual learning styles of attendees.
Her workshops cover a variety of topics including
customer service, supervisory training, time mastery,
performance management, motivating and appraising,
behavioral interviewing and adult education techniques.
Christine has a strong commitment to obtaining measurable
results from her workshops. She quickly develops rapport
with attendees to encourage enthusiastic participation.
Her presentations are always based on solid design
theory that stimulate the participants to take action
and to implement necessary changes once the training
is completed.
Chris also conducts seminars and workshops from Nunavut
to the Caribbean. Her diverse client list includes
Ontario Hydro, Manulife, The Inuit Broadcast Corporation,
Laidlaw Transit, Hamilton Wentworth Police Service,
Ministry of the Environment, Flanagan Food Service,
NexInnovation Inc., Hoffman-La Roche, S:\\SCAPE Communications,
Caribbean Management Institute and Cami Automotive.
Chris has over 15 years in the private sector and
was the National Training Manager for Dun & Bradstreet.
