Do you offer public workshops?
We specialize in delivering workshops on your organization’s
site. We do not offer any public workshops where individual
participants can register.
What is the difference between public
and on-site training?
In a public workshop, the participants come from a variety
of organizations and management cultures. And the instructor
must try to meet the needs of all the participants. As a result,
the subject matter tends to be more general. In an on-site
workshop, the content can be tailored to meet the needs of
the organization and the attendee . In addition, the time
together often offers networking opportunities for staff.
How many people are required to run
an in-house workshop?
Based on current pricing in the marketplace, it is generally
less expensive to conduct on-site training if you have at
least seven people who require training. You will also save
more money if travel expenses are involved.
Are your workshops customized?
All our workshops are customized to some degree. With your
co-operation and input we can develop examples and exercises
applicable to the work environment of the participants.
Can we obtain references?
Definitely. We understand you want the best possible training
for your staff. We are happy to provide you with references
that are applicable to both the topic and your sector.
Are there any evaluations?
We provide evaluation forms for the participants to complete
at the end of every workshop. Of course, if you have your
own forms, we are happy to use them.
What is the quality of the workbooks?
All workbooks are comprehensive documents. They are digitally
printed originals on premium-quality paper. The cover is printed
in colour and includes your corporate logo. For full-day workshops,
we use binders with coloured index tabs to separate the major
sections of the workbook.
Do the participants receive a course
completion certificate?
All workshop participants receive a course completion certificate
containing their name, title of workshop, and the date of
the workshop.
What additional training aids do the
participants receive?
Besides the comprehensive workbook, each participant receives
a laminated tip-sheet that contains a summary of the session’s
key learning principles.
Are the trainers specialists?
All of our trainers are subject-matter experts who deliver
training in a specialized field or limited range of topics.
As a result, the expertise they bring to the workshop is invaluable
in providing proven, current techniques and in responding
to questions.

Can the workshops be tailored to our
needs?
The workshop outlines posted on the website can be the starting
point for workshop content. Often, clients request less emphasis
on some sections and greater depth in others. This is all
part of our service.
How many people can the workshops accommodate?
Most workshops can accommodate up to 20 participants. For
some topics, the number is reduced to 12 to allow time for
individual exercises and feedback. An example would be the
presentation skills workshops.
Who are your clients?
Ninety-five per cent of our clients are based in Canada. Many
are in the Fortune 1000 listing of companies, and most of
our clients have 75 or more employees. Our client list is
a partial list of the companies where we have delivered training.
