Analyzing Personal Habits

  • Identification of personal time problems using a three-day time log

  • Your energy cycle and organizing your time
  • Your communication model and how it affects your scheduling technique

  • NOTE: A 3-day time study and time profile is done before the workshop (forms provided). All participants will be working through their own real life time usage.

This is a highly-interactive workshop using a three-day time log and The Inscape Publishing Time Mastery Profile (Cost of $18 per participant). Sixty per cent of the day is spent analysing the participants’ own work habits and assisting them in developing personalized action plans to increase productivity and balance.
