The job of a supervisor is very diverse and can be challenging
without all the tools. This program is designed to provide
the necessary tools to be a hands-on team leader.

In this two-day, highly-participative workshop, attendees
will engage in role-play, individual and group exercises.
Participants will identify their leadership styles
and focus on their personal strengths to improve
interaction with others. The client is asked to provide a copy of the mission and
vision statements so the learners can develop SMART goals
for themselves and their teams as they relate to the mission
statement.
