Planning Your Project

  • Determining resource needs
  • Determining key activities in each project phase – scope definition
  • Using key planning tools such as work breakdown structure, network diagram and critical path

  • Using the Gantt Chart
  • Establishing and managing your project budget and costs
  • Understanding effective risk management
  • Establishing a baseline for performance

Pre-Work
