Problem Solving Root-Cause Analysis

(Two-Day Workshop) 

The ability to find long-lasting solutions to the many problems that surface has always been a challenge to organizations. 

There are many elements that need to be learned and practiced to become effective at identifying the “root cause” of a problem. This workshop will provide opportunities for the participants to examine a variety of these elements that assist teams in determining the real problem, analyze the “root cause” and implement effective solutions.
