• Building performance indicators into team objectives

Leading your team

• Contracting for your leadership role
• Influencing team activity
• Sharing leadership within the team

Managing the Normal Distractions and Obstacles

• Managing competing job demands
• Knowing what to do when the team gets stuck
• Dealing with brand new and departing members
  

COURSE METHODOLOGY:

This is a highly interactive workshop where participants gain hands-on experience as a member or leader of a limited life (one day) team. Grounded by short presentations of concepts plus two carefully selected videos, they learn in real time through team activities and debrief discussions.
