In this workshop you will discover the four types of communication
that you use and discover the one you favour over all others.

methods to deal with other styles when the conversation
gets difficult

Putting
It Together
METHODS TO BE USED:
This is an interactive workshop and includes role plays so
participants can practice the skills of communication. The
assessment instrument called DiSC© is used in this workshop.
It is designed to identify behaviours displayed while under
stress.
DiSC© identifies:

we act the way we do
- How
others see us
- What
skills we need to develop to become more effective
