METHODOLOGY
In this two-day, highly participative workshop, attendees
will engage in role-play, and individual and group exercises.
Scenarios will be created to encourage managers and team leaders
to practice proven performance management techniques.
The client is asked to provide:
1) a copy of their current performance review documents to
provide the learners with a hands-on training opportunity
2) a copy of the mission and vision statements so the learners
can develop SMART goals for themselves and their teams as
they relate to the mission statement
