(One-day
Workshop)
Introduction
In this
workshop, participants will gain a better understanding
of their leadership capabilities and enhance their ability
to manage the change process. The Dimensions of Leadership® profile
will explore leadership from the four aspects of character,
analysis, accomplishment and interaction. Participants
will determine how people view the twelve specific dimensions
of leadership and the dimensions that are necessary to
display when faced with change.
This
workshop will help participants discover personal leadership
characteristics; define primary qualities needed by leaders;
develop an understanding of the leader-follower relationship;
encourage acceptance of different approaches to leadership;
match the challenges of today’s team-oriented workplace
and recognize the strengths in shared leadership when managing
change. The change process examples used will include:
moving into new buildings, facilities being folded together,
letting people go, etc.
