Introduction
The general feeling in most companies is that employees are overloaded with the volume of information that comes across their desk. E-mails, meetings, reminders and tasks are congesting inboxes and employees are feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Everyone needs a personal information management system that works for them. Office workers have these features on their computers but, unfortunately, do not have time to explore these productivity aids in detail.
Increasing Productivity Using Your PC is a one-day session that provides business people with the techniques to customize and make the best use of the productivity tools available in Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007.

Methodology: Before the workshop, the client should determine whether all the participants are able to bring laptops to the session. If not, then the facilitator will demonstrate the features to the group using her own computer. Regardless, every participant will receive a comprehensive manual. Questions are welcomed. |
