Harassment: Sensitivity Training
(Half-day
Workshop)
This workshop
provides a Canadian perspective on the topic of harassment.
It provides relevant information about harassment prevention
and reporting. It is designed to be customized for each participating
company so that the organization’s harassment policies
and procedures are integrated into the workshop content for
consistency and continuity while also conveying the subject
matter in a positive and proactive way for all employees.
WHO

- Employees
of all levels in the organization
- Managers
and supervisors responsible for promoting employee rights
- Human
resource personnel responsible for communicating policies
and procedures regarding harassment in the workplace
YOU
WILL LEARN:

policy regarding how to prevent, handle, report, and follow
up harassment situations in your workplace environment

versus effect, particularly as they apply to
