Effective COMMUNICATION: UP, DOWN AND SIDEWAYS
(One-day
Workshop)
In today’s workplace,
people need to be able to work with others both within and
outside their own departments.
In addition, they have to be able to communicate to others
at all levels of the organization.
The best way for people to do this is to know how to maximize
their strengths and minimize their weaknesses in terms of
both their behaviours and their communication skills.
At this workshop, participants will learn about themselves
and about the needs of others so that they can establish
trusting relationships and encourage communication and partnership
between departments and within teams. Encouraging stakeholders
to work as team members is an important part of this workshop.
Each team has a life cycle, and members can do a lot to move
the team forward so silos are broken and collaboration can
take place. YOU
