  • Eliminating nervous habits
  • Increasing your comfort in front of a group
  • Sounding natural
Delivering the Talk
  • Using the 4 W’s to manage the talk
  • Referring to notes
  • Warming up the listeners
  • Fielding questions
  • Getting “buy in” from the participants
Using Visuals
  • Introducing visuals
  • Choosing the appropriate visual
  • Following the rules for “readable” visuals
Arranging the Seating
  • Setting the tone
  • Understanding the psychology of seating arrangements

Getting Practice

Participants will present a short report to the group. A positive feedback session from the instructor and peers will follow.

This workshop uses the proven DiSC learning tool to determine communication styles.For an additional charge, the individual presentations will be video taped.
